We offer both scheduled appointments and an orthopedic walk-in clinic. Our mission is to provide convenient, expedited access to orthopedic care. Often, same-day appointments are available. If you have an urgent orthopedic problem, please visit our Biltmore Park walk-in clinic. To expedite the check-in and clinic process, we also offer the ability to download paperwork to complete at home.
Items to Bring to Your First Visit
Insurance cards or other health coverage information, x-rays or MRI’s, clinic notes or operative reports from your referring physician that relate to your condition. Click here to download new patient forms.
Financial Arrangements
Our physicians are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality medical care while maintaining cost efficiency. We participate with most healthcare plans including Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, United Healthcare, Wellpath, Aetna, Cigna and Crescent PPO.
Call our office to verify participation in other plans. We will file your insurance as a courtesy to you. In order to provide this service, we must have all of your insurance data along with a signed authorization. Please notify us in writing of any changes in your insurance coverage.

Emergency/After Hours Procedures
Our office will always have a physician on call in case of after hours emergencies. If you need to contact a physician outside of normal business hours, please call (828) 252-7331 and our answering service will notify the physician on call.
