It is our policy to see patients with scheduled appointments. If you have an urgent need, please call our office as same day appointments are frequently available. In order to minimize wait time, they can only evaluate the problem for which you are scheduled.

Items to bring to you first visit
Insurance cards or other health coverage information, x-rays or MRI's, clinic notes or operative reports from your referring physician that relate to your condition.

Financial Arrangements

Our physicians are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality medical care while maintaining cost efficiency. We participate with most healthcare plans including Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, United Healthcare, Wellpath, Aetna, Cigna and Crescent PPO.

Call our office to verify participation in other plans. We will file your insurance as a courtesy to you. In order to provide this service, we must have all of your insurance data along with a signed authorization. Please notify us in writing of any changes in your insurance coverage.

Emergency/after hours procedures

Our office will always have a physician on call in case of after hours emergencies. If you need to contact a physician when the office is closed, call the regular office number and our answering service will notify the physician on call.
